Campus Tent Information
A single 20' x 40' tent is available for campus use through an outside vendor, In-Tents Events. Complete the Campus Tent Request Form (PDF) and send to Facilities Reservations (Zip 925 - USB 138) with a CAF payment.
*Cost is $350 plus applicable State Fire Marshal fees for permit review. SFM fees vary depending on time required to review and will be billed separately.

Available to reserve under the Conference Room Request Form in Astra, there are three computer labs available for campus use.
Exterior Electrical Information
There are currently 28 locations on campus with exterior electrical outlets as detailed in the Exterior Electrical Locations Map (pdf) (PDF).
Independent HVAC Locations
Independent HVAC rooms will be utilized first during campus shutdowns and non-normal business hours to keep costs down for the campus as well as the user.
