Conference Room Information
Student Services Center (SSC) hours are Monday– Friday, 7am – 5pm through the academic year and is closed for all holidays and weekends, including break periods when students are not on campus.
There are nine conference rooms in SSC scheduled by Facilities Reservations through the Conference Room Request Form in Astra. The conference rooms are available to reserve up to a year in advance and are all fully mediated. For assistance with video conferencing, please visit https://csuchico.zoom.us/.
