With the new Astra Schedule, everyone can see what is happening!* Users are automatically given Guest access to view the calendars for both General Use Conference and Lecture Rooms.
Account holders will need to log in to Astra Schedule, utilizing the "User Name" and "Password" boxes in the top right, in order to view more specific room calendars. If individuals believe they have a need for greater access, please visit our Astra page to complete the Astra Scheduler Security Access form.
