Why does Chico State charge for the use of its facilities?
All CSU campuses are required to be reimbursed for use of state resources by non-state entities and off-campus users. This system-wide policy, Executive Order 1000(opens in new window), was established by the Chancellor’s Office in July 2007 to ensure effective oversight of state funds.
