  • About Us

    The Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) is a board of students leaders who were elected to govern the seven sororities and six fraternities at California State University, Chico.

    The purpose of MGC is to provide the university and community with information on member organizations, to work together as allies in change to encourage responsible behavior amongst one another, to promote unity within the community and to promote the retention of minorities in higher education.   • Recruitment Information

    To participate in the intake process interested students must:

    • Have at least 12 college credit units
    • Be currently in good academic standing
    • Have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA

    • MGC Food Fest
      • Monday, September 20th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Trinity Commons
    • Tabling
      • Tuesday, September 21st through Thursday, September 23rd from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Gauntlet
    • MGC Showout
      • Wednesday, September 22nd from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM at BMU Auditorium
    • Individual Chapter Informationals/Socials
