Favorite 100-Level Course: I transferred, so I didn't have many 100-level courses at Chico State. But, when at Community College, I loved my Intro to Psych course. We had a great instructor who did really cool stuff to teach us the theories.
Favorite Place in Chico: I love to go downtown and just wander through stores - but Made in Chico and Bird in Hand are two of my favorites. The Yo-Yo Museum in the back of Bird in Hand is a must-see!
Favorite FYE Memory: When I was not the Director, I participated as a faculty in Comm Studies and I remember one of the Speech and Debate students got an internship from a local politican after debating him in a Death Penalty debate at the evening session. She has since gone on to get a law degree and she was so excited to be noticed and taken seriously as a Sophomore in college!
