Our services follow university policies, including Title 5, Chancellor’s Office Executive Orders, and Chico State Executive Memoranda.
What We Do
- Advise on GE courses taken at Chico State, study abroad programs, and other institutions
- Review, evaluate, adjust, and post transfer credit
- Update substitutions to clear missing requirements in the Degree Progress Reports (DPR)
- Process Plan Change Forms for graduating students to add, drop, or swap programs
- Manage graduation applications, including name and address information
- Post degrees and order diplomas
