Did you stop attending Chico State before graduating? We can help you find the best path to complete degree requirements and earn your diploma.

Please note that processing time for requests of this nature can take several months. This allows us time to research your record, to contact academic departments, and to continue serving the needs of our currently enrolled students. 

To initiate the review process, please complete the form linked below and submit to gradadvising@csuchico.edu. You can begin the process of being re-admitted by re-applying to the University through Cal State Apply. Find more details with the Office of Admissions.

If you have attended any schools since leaving Chico State, please send an official copy to the Office of Admissions. We accept official transcripts electronically by PDF or as a hard paper copy, and they must be sent directly from the institution.

Please note that GE, major, minor, and general graduation requirements change over time. Per Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations on Education, if you have not maintained continuous enrollment, you will be held to current catalog requirements.
