Returning to Finish Your Degree?
Did you stop attending Chico State before graduating? We can help you find the best path to finish your degree requirements and earn your diploma.
Our standard processing time for requests of this nature is at least eight weeks. This allows us time to research your record, to contact the major/minor departments, and to continue serving the needs of our currently enrolled students.
To initiate the review process, please email us at gradadvising@csuchico.edu with your name, student ID (if known), month and day of birth (do not include year), and majors/minors declared while attending. If you have attended any schools since leaving Chico State, please send official transcript(s) to the address below.
Please note that major, minor, and general graduation requirements change over time. Per Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations on Education, if you have not maintained continuous enrollment, you will be held to current catalog requirements.
