- The AEP Action and Inquiry Team model: 68 faculty and staff, 4 divisions
- Tipping Point Student Success Summit January 2022: AEP focus, 500+ participants
- Early Engagement Campus Convening April 2022: 40+ participants, facilitated by Cynthia Alvarez (CSU CO)

Advising and Peer Mentoring
- Established common learning outcomes for first-year advisement
- Completed campus audit of peer mentoring programs and established baseline definition of peer mentoring to enable alignment and expansion

Policy and Practice Updates
- From “Academic Probation” to “Academic Notice”
- Summer Orientation: Fee waivers/discount, EDI programming, expectation of participation
- Clearing graduation fee hold for students otherwise eligible to graduate spring 2022

Instruction
- Reduced class sizes and embedded learning support in select high DFW, high equity gap courses spring 2022
- Semester-long HIST 130 and PHIL 105 faculty learning communities in spring 2022 to improve course outcomes
- RCE offering 13 no-cost “Summer Boost” sections of high DFW/high equity gap courses in summer 2022 for quick unit recovery for eligible students (URM, Pell eligible, unsuccessful in the course in the past three semesters)
