Deadlines
The deadlines to apply for graduation can be viewed at Graduate Studies Deadlines. Late applications may be accepted for one week after the posted deadline with an additional $10.00 late fee.
Fees
Initial Graduation Application fee (includes diploma fee) - $68.00
Application to Reapply for Graduation fee - $8.00
Please note that applying for graduation and registering to participate in the commencement ceremony are two separate processes.
How to Pay
Mail the completed Graduation Application Form to the Office of Graduate Studies along with a check or money order payable to CSU, Chico, postmarked by the applicable deadline, or pay online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/csuchicograd and forward the receipt and application to graduatestudies@csuchico.edu.
