Tab Test Page
Information about the format of the thesis/project is specific and detailed. However, the information concerning policies and regulations is extracted from other sources and may not be complete. It is the responsibility of every graduate student to be familiar with both University regulations and policies as stated in the University Catalog as well as with requirements established by each department.
Your first step in becoming familiar with the regulations that govern M.A. candidates is to consult the University Catalog.
The graduate student is also responsible for keeping up with important dates and deadlines.
Also, please review A Guide to Graduate Studies: Policies, Procedures, & Format (PDF) (PDF) for more in-depth explanations of the things covered throughout the pages that follow.

Student’s Final Submission of Thesis/Project
Please review the instructions for the final submission (PDF) (PDF) (PDF). Spring 2022 semester, we will not be requiring "wet" signatures for the thesis/project Approval Page. The student will be responsible for generating the signed Approval page, and once all the signatures are obtained, it will be emailed automatically to submission@csuchico.edu. (Click here for instructions on filling out the digital Approval Page form (PDF) (PDF)) The student must also submit the following to submission @csuchico.edu (all forms but the Approval page must be downloaded to fill and sign):
- PDF of the Thesis/Project (save as T/P, Last Name, First Name).
- PDF of the Master's Candidate's Agreement form (PDF) (PDF)(found on page 2 of the final submission instructions)
- PDF of the Chairs Verification Sheet, which can also be submitted directly by the Chair.

- Table of Contents
