Embark on a new era of accessible healthcare with TimelyCare, now available at WellCat Health Center. TimelyCare offers 24/7 virtual healthcare services to all current Chico State students, ensuring access to healthcare wherever you are in the U.S. This includes after-hours, holidays, winter breaks, and summer breaks!
What Services does TimelyCare Provide?
TimelyCare offers both scheduled and on-demand healthcare visits, health coaching, and self-care materials via the website or app. Each patient connects with a licensed physician or nurse practitioner, capable of treating various medical conditions through telehealth. Common appointment reasons include:
- Cold symptoms
- Flu symptoms
- Sore throats
- Rashes/dermatology
- Bladder infections (UTI)
- Vaginal yeast infections
- And more, such as low back pain, burns, allergies, ingrown toenails, ringworm, and diarrhea!
Additionally, students can schedule appointments with certified health coaches for guidance on nutrition, meal planning, healthy body image, weight management, or sleep habits.
How can I access TimelyCare?
Access TimelyCare via the website or app at timelycare.com/chico. Registration is simple and confidential, ensuring HIPAA compliance:
For app registration:
- Log in with your school email address ending with ".edu".
- Enter your personal health information and history.
For website registration:
- Visit the TimelyCare homepage.
- Select "Sign In" in the top right corner.
- Enter your Chico State username and password.
- Complete registration by providing personal health information and history.
Once registered, book appointments conveniently through the app or website without the need for phone calls!
How much does it cost to use TimelyCare?
TimelyCare is free for all regularly enrolled Chico State students who have paid their student health fee. Enjoy unlimited visits as long as your health fee is paid.
