Spring Move In
Early Move-In
If residents have registered and have been approved to move in early, they may move in as early as 3:00 pm on January 16th.
Spring Move In
- All residents may return to move in as early as 9:00 am on Friday, January 17th.
- Please be aware this is not a reserved time and that you can move in any time after 9:00 am.
- All residentsmust check in at the front desk of the residence hall they are moving into to using their Wildcat ID.
- New residents will receive their key and other important information.
- Lost ID? Visit the ITSS office in the Meriam Library (Room 142) to obtain their new Wildcat ID card.
- Hours are Mon- Fri (8:00-5:00).
- A limited amount of large moving bins will be available for use.
- Please consider bringing your own moving equipment as we may not have enough bins to accommodate all students.
- Moving into University Village?
- Please check in at the South Community Room (located near Building 12). There you will receive your key and other important information.

Moving onto Campus Core
Students moving into Sutter, Shasta, Lassen and Whitney may consider parking on Legion Avenue.
- Please bring change as this is metered parking.
- Students moving into North Campus: Mechoopda, Konkow or Esken may consider purchasing parking online through Passport Parking @ www.ppprk.com(opens in new window).
Moving into University Village
- Please check in at the South Community Room (located near Building 12).
- Please use this map of UV (PDF) which includes it's physical address.
Parking Permits
- If a resident has purchased a parking permit for campus core, they must bring a copy of their receipt to Student Services Center, Room 230.
- Hours are Mon- Fri (8:00-5:00).
- Residents who have been approved for University Parking and have made their payment can park near their room at UV.

Dining
- Sutter Dining will be open for brunch and dinner starting January 17th beginning at 10:00 am.
- Sunday, the 19th there will be “late night” meals provided from 7:30-11:00 pm.
- The Wildcat Den will open on Tuesday, the 21st beginning at 7:00 am.
