Standardization/Employee History Database (EHDB) Project
In preparation for the Common Human Resources System (CHRS), the CSU is undertaking a standardization effort to ensure both HR data and HR business processes align throughout the CSU. The project includes the central development of standards and campus action to update existing records as well as adjust business processes to move forward with the standards.
This standardization effort involves data in both PeopleSoft/Oracle and in Payroll Information Management System (PIMS) to ensure that data is being utilized across all campuses for the same purpose and that the values established are being consistently and uniformly applied in both systems.
