Employee & Labor Relations
The Director of Employee & Labor Relations(opens in new window) administers and ensures compliance with all staff collective bargaining agreements, provides advice and guidance to management on grievances, complaints, contractual matters, and disciplinary issues. The Director of Employee & Labor Relations represents and responds on behalf of CSU, Chico in administrative hearings; provides training for and supports management-labor relations. The Employee & Labor Relations unit monitors and coordinates union release time and responds to related requests for information.
