Temporary COVID-19 Virtual Process for Entering and Approving Staff/Faculty Paid Administrative Leave

Staff, Management and 12-month faculty will self-report their approved Paid Administrative Leave through the Absence Management Self Service Report and View Absences page in PeopleSoft. 

Timekeepers and Managers should watch for appropriate comments on their employees' leaves.

Manager/Lead goes to approve absences through Self Service - in new window) then navigates from Main Menu > Manager Self Service.

  1. Approve Time by clicking link Approve Time and Absences
  2. To enter and approve absences on the employee's behalf click link Manager Absence Entry
  3. To view balances for all employees under Manager/Lead click link Manager Balance Inquirey.
