Admin Support Meeting Groups

  • HR Liaison - Periodic meetings provide opportunity for Admin Support to get updated information on Personnel and other campus related matters.
  • AAS/SME - Meetings provide an opportunity for AAS Level Subject Matter Experts (SME) to discuss issues, current processes, future functionality and ongoing system upgrades.

You will be added to the appropriate group(s) once you have completed PeopleSoft Security training. Persons in these groups will be sent an invitation request when these meeting occur. Email HRSecurity@csuchico.edu if you need more information on being added these groups.

Pay Process

In order to process student employee pay you will first need training and access. Required Training for entering Student Payroll includes:

  • PS-HR: Workforce Administration - Inquiry
  • PS: Time and Labor Student Payroll
