Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE)
California State University, Chico administers the Faculty Survey of Student Engagement every two years in the Spring to instructional faculty. The Faculty Survey of Student Engagement(opens in new window) (FSSE) is a project coordinated by the National Survey of Student Engagement(opens in new window) (NSSE) at Indiana University Bloomington. FSSE is designed to measure faculty expectations of student engagement in educational practices that are empirically linked with high levels of learning and development.
The Companion survey to the FSSE is the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE).
