Reports for Faculty

Notes:

These reports all require a Chico State account. Your account will provide access to a baseline set of data/reports; additional permissions may be required for deeper access. If you need a reporting system account, please submit a request in the Service Catalog(opens in new window).
Access to many of these reports will require a campus IP address or access through campus VPN(opens in new window).
This is only a subset of the most useful reports. Campus reporting systems include hundreds of additional reports.

General Admissions Communication(opens in new window)	Allows for the querying of admission data for general communications.
Enrolled Students by Term(opens in new window)	Provides a list of currently enrolled students with contact info, academic level, enrollment status, and academic plans/subplans.
Enrolled Students by Acad Plans(opens in new window)	Provides a list of enrolled students with academic plans/subplans, contact info, and academic stats.
Academic Info for Enrolled Students(opens in new window)	Provides academic info for enrolled students by class.
First-Gen Students NOT in Designated Support Group(opens in new window)	Provides a list of first-gen undergrad students not in a designated support group
Student Term Units/GPA from a File(opens in new window)	Returns name, units, and GPA from a file of emplids.
Work-Study Student Employees(opens in new window)	Provides info that helps with monitoring work-study awards.
Graduating Students(opens in new window)	Provides a list of students applied, pending, denied, withdrawn for graduation, and graduated.
Upload .csv File and Use Data(opens in new window)	Allows for the upload of a .csv file so users can send email (email address must be supplied in the file).
Get Name/Email with a .csv File(opens in new window)	Allows for the upload of a .csv file of emplids, and returns first/last name and preferred email address.
AS Student Activities - Student Organization Detail Report (opens in new window)	Provides student info from an input .csv file for student activities groups.
Undergrad Student Demographic Profile(opens in new window)	Provides student demographics on undergraduate students for a selected academic college.

Class Enrollment Report(opens in new window)	Provides a real-time list of courses by section with open seats and waitlist for open terms. Shows grade level distribution of enrolled and waitlisted students.
Class Schedule Report(opens in new window)	Provides a list of sections with instructor, room, enrollment, max, and room cap.
Class Listing with WTU per class (opens in new window)	Provides a list of classes offered with the WTU generated by each class.
Census Primary/Secondary Majors(opens in new window)	Provides the numbers and types of majors across colleges.
Student Headcount and FTES by College/Department(opens in new window)	Provides the current student headcount and FTES for all colleges/departments on campus.
Course Grade Distribution Report(opens in new window)	Provides grade distribution by course with summary by lower, upper, and graduate levels.
DFWUI Grade Distribution Report(opens in new window)	Provides distribution of DFWUI grades assigned by course.
FTES by Day before Census(opens in new window)	Provides a comparison of FTES by day before census between two terms for a given college/department.
FTES by Day before Census (Raw)(opens in new window)	Provides a raw comparison of FTES by day before census between two terms for a given college/department.

Transaction Report(opens in new window)	Provides base allocation, transactions, and payments made.
Account Balances Report(opens in new window)	Provides current account balances of specified departments (you must know the dept code).

Faculty Teaching Schedule(opens in new window)

Provides instructor, class, class type, meeting time/location, room size, number of enrolled students, and instruction mode of instruction.
