Schedule for Spring 2019
Feb 18-March 1 | SET Administration System open for specifying collapsed sections (applies to cross-listed courses with the same instructor) and for selecting SET evaluation type (online vs paper). Department chair approvals due March 1st (Friday). |
March 4-8 | Departments share SET Administration System PDF approval summary reports with faculty for final confirmation. Department chairs e-mail corrections to ir@csuchico.edu. No changes can be made after March 8 (Friday). |
March 11-15 | Department offices receive paper SET packets and confirm all packets needed are received. |
March 25-29 | Paper SET packets distributed to faculty. |
SET ADMINISTRATION PERIODApril 8 (Monday) through April 26 (Friday) | |
April 29 | Paper SET packets returned to Testing Office (SSC 420) from Department offices. |
June 14 | Estimated earliest availability of SET PDF results to College offices. |
