| September 18 – 29 | SET WEB Administration open for specifying collapsed sections (applies to cross-listed courses with the same instructor) and for SET evaluation type (paper vs online) selection. Department chair approvals due September 29. |
| October 2 – 6 | Departments share SET WEB Administration PDF approval summary reports with faculty for final confirmation. Department chairs e-mail corrections to ir@csuchico.edu. No changes can be made after October 6. |
| October 23 | Departments receive paper SET packets |
| October 25 – 27 | Paper SET packets distributed to faculty |
| October 30 through November 17 SET ADMINISTRATION PERIOD | |
| November 20 | Paper SET packets returned to Testing Office from Departments |
| January 8 | Estimated earliest delivery of results to Colleges |
