July
- Colleges/units submit IRA Unit Summary Reports. Beginning 2023.
- Colleges/units receive their IRA allocations.
September
- The Campus Fee Advisory Committee (CFAC) will hold its first meeting by the second week of the fall semester to review committee purpose and procedures, and to familiarize the committee with the fees over which the committee has purview.
- Any outstanding discussion items from previous year are reviewed by the CFAC.
- The CFAC compiles Unit Summary Reports and begins discussions to determine allocations for the following year.
October
- The call for IRA Exemplary Performance Round I funding goes out with an October 31st due date.Suspended for 2022-23.
November
- The CFAC discusses and makes recommendations for IRA Exemplary Performance Round I funding. Suspended for 2022-23.
- The CFAC notifies colleges/units of their next year IRA allocations. Tentative, as it could take longer given this is a new process under the CFAC/IRA merger.
December
- The CFAC reviews IRA Requests for Certification and makes recommendations to the Provost. Please note that Requests for Certification have been suspended for 2022-23.
February
- Colleges/units submit their IRA Unit Expenditure Plans by the last Friday in the month.
- The call for IRA Exemplary Performance Round II funding goes out with a February 28th due date. Suspended for 2022-23.
March
- The CFAC begins review of IRA Expenditure Plans to ensure they comply with expenditure guidelines.
- The CFAC discusses and makes recommendations for IRA Exemplary Performance Round II funding. Suspended for 2022-23.
- The IRA Program Assessment link is sent to colleges/units.
April
- The call for IRA Exemplary Performance Round III funding (final round) goes out with an April 30th due date. Suspended for 2022-23.
- The CFAC provides IRA Expenditure Plan approvals to the colleges/units.
May
- Individual IRA Assessment Reports are due for current year IRA programs/activities.
- The CFAC discusses and makes recommendations for IRA Exemplary Performance Round III funding. Suspended for 2022-23.
June
- IRA Unit Summary Reports are sent to colleges/units.
