Brent Liotta

Lead

Classroom Technology Services

Brent has been working at Chico State for close to 8 years in Classroom and Technology Services. He enjoys living in Chico because of the natural beauty of the area and the short commute to campus. When strolling through campus, Brent likes to visit Old Hutch’s Plaza – the courtyard between Trinity Hall and Kendall Hall that was dedicated on June 11, 1979 in honor of history professor William H. Hutchinson. Brent enjoys this location because of the aesthetic.

Do you have any special hobbies or talents? Tell us about them!

I play guitar, piano, bass, and drums, and I used to write music for short films. After moving to Chico, I was able to indulge in my interest in synthesizers. I've acquired a few synths from the early 80s, and I've put together a modular setup. I get really excited about the quality and character of audio equipment and musical instruments.

Next time you see Brent on campus make sure to say hello!
