Diane Ramalia
Test Coordinator
Testing Office/Computer-Based Testing Center
Diane was a student at Chico State in the mid-1990’s and worked in the Testing Office while completing her undergraduate degree. She returned to campus and the Testing Office three years ago to continue her career as a wildcat. Diane’s favorite place on campus is the Mary Lemcke Camellia Garden that is located on the north side of Big Chico Creek, near Holt Hall. This garden was created with plants that came from Mary Lemcke’s (a charter member of the Chico State Advisory Board and the University Foundation) home, as well as plants from homes that were demolished to make way for university expansion. This is one of Diane’s favorite places to visit because she and her husband eloped there in 2009.
Diane’s favorite thing about living in Chico and being a member of the community is the natural environment and small town feel. As for hobbies, she enjoys early morning workouts at the WREC and cooking with her husband and two cats. After a long day in the Testing Office Diane enjoys going to Unwined because it is in her neighborhood, the food is always wonderful, and they have a wide array of wines to choose from!
Next time you see Diane on campus make sure to say hello!
