To request an exception to CSU or CSU Chico campus security policy, please open a General Security Exception ticket(opens in new window) with the Information Security Office. In the exception request ticket please include the business or technical reason for the exception to the CSU or campus policies, standards or practices.
All approved Security Exceptions must be reviewed and renewed between campus departments and Information Security on an annual basis.
