Travel Signature Day!
Date and Time:
9 am - 4 pm

Going home, or traveling outside of the U.S. over the winter break? Don’t forget to come to the Office of International Education and have an International Student Advisor sign your I-20 or DS-2019 for travel. Our signature on your form certifies that you are in compliance with your visa status. Without a travel signature, you may not be able to re-enter the U.S.
Don’t forget, we always have free snacks during your short wait. We are looking forward to seeing you!
OPT (Optional Practical Training) Workshops

Optional Practical Training (OPT) is an immigration benefit for F-1 international students which allows students 12 months of work authorization after completion of their coursework. Advisors James Luyirika-Sewagudde, Jr. and Cindy McKay will explain the rules and restrictions regarding OPT, as well as the application process.
CPT (Curricular Practical Training) Workshops
Dates and Times:
Curricular Practical Training (CPT) is an immigration benefit for F-1 international students which allows students to participate in department approved internships before graduation. Advisors, James Luyirika-Sewagudde, Jr. and Cindy McKay will explain the rules and restrictions regarding CPT, as well as the application process.
