F-1 students on government scholarships often have special reporting requirements for their sponsors. Your international student advisors will help you meet these requirements. You can submit a request for most documents and forms required by your government sponsor using the Document Request Form below (see "forms").
Students from Kuwait and United Arab Emirates
Students on government scholarships from the UAE and Kuwait have automated processes that meet their sponsor's reporting requirements - the University will automatically send most students' verification of enrollment, online audits, and transcripts each semester. Students from these countries who are not on scholarship may also need forms and letters - these can be requested by sending an email to: isss@csuchico.edu
