Holidays
Ambassadors may not respond during holidays when the university is closed or if they are on break. For the current and next academic year, those days include:
- September 2 - Labor Day
- November 11 - Veteran's Day
- November 25-29 (fall break 2024)
- December 23-January 20 (winter break 2024-25 and MLK Day)
- March 15-23 (spring break 2025)
- March 31 - Cesar Chavez Day
- May 16-August 19 (summer break 2025)
- May 26 - Memorial Day
- June 19 - Juneteenth
- July 3 - Independence Day observed
- August 19 - new international student orientation (Fall 2025)
