Office of the Chief Information Officer  who provides oversight for all IT activities that contribute to planning, creating, and implementing a campus-wide IT vision, and for integrating them into Chico State’s  strategic plan.

Computing and Communications Services (CCSV)

Computing and Communications Services(opens in new window) (CCSV) is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of the campus cabling infrastructure; the data network (switches and routers); the voice network including the Private Branch Exchange (PBX), telephone sets and voice mail services; and the design and maintenance of the server, database and data storage environment for campus-wide systems.

Creative Media and Technology (CMT)

Creative Media and Technology(opens in new window) provides a wide range of professional services for Graphic Design, Print, Video, and Learning Space technology.

Enterprise Applications (EAPP)

The Enterprise Applications & Data Services(opens in new window) department is responsible for enterprise-wide applications that support core university business processes.  Which include academic technologies, administrative applications, data and reporting applications, and web/communications applications.

Information Security (ISEC)

The Information Security(opens in new window) Office works with the campus community to secure system and network resources, and protect the confidentiality of student, faculty, and staff information. And supports the mission of the University by developing processes, procedures, and policies, that identify and mitigate risk to the campus, and responds to information security events.
