CSU, Chico Portal

The CSU, Chico Portal provides a central location for many of the resources staff need. These include Office 365, LinkedIn Learning, PeopleSoft, Box, CSU Learn, Chico State Alerts, Employee Absence Management Self Service, and more.

IT Support Portal

The IT Support Portal contains the IT Service Catalog where you can request services and technical support, and the IT Knowledge Base.

Office 365

Office 365 includes your Exchange Email account and other resources.

Box

Box is the approved cloud-based content storage and collaboration service for university staff and faculty. More information about storing and sharing files with Box is available in the Knowledge Base.

CSU Learn

CSU Learn is a learning management system that allows the CSU to assign, track, and leverage content ranging from mandatory professional development to compliance.

IT Security

Staff are often targeted by scams, phishing, computer viruses, and ransomware. Staff accounts should be secured with Duo 2-Step Verification.

Office of Accessible Technology

OATS provides support for inclusive technology and assists with setting up technology accommodations.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning offers expert video tutorials on a wide variety of topics. Staff have unlimited access to all of these videos.
