Scheduling a Meeting

Scheduling a meeting can be a beneficial tool for many reasons. You can schedule a meeting with group members or study partners, instructors to utilize office hours, tech support with ITSS or Keep Learning support, etc. 

  1. From the left navigation menu, choose Meetings.
  2. Select Schedule a Meeting.Meeting options in Zoom to Schedule a Meeting via Zoom
    Alternatively you can select Host a Meeting to start immediately. 
  3. Enter the information about the meeting. Email your group members who are participants  
When ready, click Start to start the meeting.
