Sharing your Screen

By default, any participant can share their screens. Zoom allows you to share a variety of windows and applications. Participants can share views of their desktops and specific windows currently open on their computer, write on a digital whiteboard, and even share a screen directly from their iPhone or iPad.

How to Share Screen

  1. Once you have a Zoom meeting open
  2. Select Share Screen on the Zoom task bar.Screen share option in an open Zoom meeting
  3. People typically choose to share their entire Desktop or the Whiteboard.The window proceeding selecting the screen share option. Desktop is circled and an arrow is pointing at it, next another arrow is pointed at the Share option in the bottom right
  4. Click Share.

You can move the screen sharing menu to the bottom of the screen by clicking the down arrow to the left of the meeting ID.  You can stop screen sharing by clicking the red Stop Share option.
