Minor in Advanced Manufacturing
Today’s modern manufacturing environment is reliant on technology and requires a skilled and educated workforce. Students in the Minor in Advanced Manufacturing focus their study on one of four areas:
- Manufacturing Processes
- Manufacturing Materials
- Applied Robotics
- Business Management

The following courses, or their approved transfer equivalents, are required of all candidates for this minor.
Are you a Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering major?
Many of the courses required for the minor are already included in the mechanical and mechatronic engineering programs. In addition, some of the advanced courses in the minor can used to satisfy technical electives in the engineering programs.
