Admission Requirements
Once a student has been accepted to the university and all requirements have been satisfied, the student is accepted into the program.
Proficiency Exams are required for placement, but auditions and/or interviews are not required when declaring a major within the department of Music and Theatre.
Auditions and/or interviews are also required for students interested in applying for a department scholarship or who would like to participate in our more elite performance ensembles.
- The Option in Recording Arts requires a supplemental application.
- Students applying for the BFA in Musical Theatre are expected to submit an audition.
