Phi Kappa Phi Initiation and Medallion Ceremony

California State University, Chico’s Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society is pleased to announce their annual Initiation and Medallion Ceremony scheduled for Monday, May 7, 3:30-5:00 p.m. in the BMU auditorium.

The ceremony honors Phi Kappa Phi members who are about to graduate with either their bachelor’s or master’s degree. New members are also initiated into the society.

Members represent the top 10 percent of their class. The medallions, to be worn at graduation ceremonies, will be presented by the various college deans, Phi Kappa Phi officers and other university representatives. New initiates will receive pins and certificates as members of the honor society.

In addition, the Dorthea Powers Scholarship award will be announced. Department chairs, faculty advisors, staff and faculty, family members, and friends are welcome.
