The 38th annual International Festival is a free cultural event hosted by the Associated Students Multicultural Affairs Council at California State University, Chico. The International Festival will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 28, by the Rose Garden on the CSU, Chico campus.

The International Festival provides multicultural organizations the opportunity to showcase their culture to the campus and community through the expression of music, dance, food and more. The festival will feature booths displaying and selling cultural arts, crafts and food.

This event was planned by the International Festival Committee, chaired by CSU, Chico student Anabel Hernandez-Mejia. Each participating organization provided one member for the committee. The committee has held meetings since February to ensure the festival will be a success for all attending.

The International Festival was established to promote the diversity of the students at CSU, Chico. In addition, it has provided the community a day of entertainment, food and activities from different cultures.
