Research in Progress
Working on research with a graduate student developing an app for eating disorders.
Working on a practical applications research project/article to be submitted to the Journal of Foodservice Systems Management. The article examines ways to engage dietetic students in foodservice management and will be written in collaboration with Maria Giovanni.
