Goal(s): Support Team Leads and teams with work relating to their problem of practice. Build partnerships with teams and connect them to relevant resources and tools in order to address their PoP. Be a collaborative partner to team leads, team members, and all educational leaders involved in NorCal ELC. Give perspective and an equitable lens to systems in order to create change. 

Expectations: Build long lasting relationships with districts within our counties and across the region. Relate the work we do in NorCal ELC with the work we do in our daily job duties expanding and connecting the work. 

Personal: I am happily married with two daughters. We are a big sports family and love the San Francisco Giants and San Francisco 49ers. I love soccer, crafting, and creating personalized items for family and friends.
