Goal(s): To be a servant leader through a collaborative process of exploration and learning relational to each POP identified by the team.
Expectations: To learn from each other, to facilitate teams to find common ground and root causes before jumping to conclusions. To be a part of the “hard work” of implementation, trial and error through a continuous improvement lens. To have lots of fun!
