  • Team Level

The Team Level is for small teams of educators – district and site leaders, and teachers – who want to work together to address a specific local problem or concern. Support includes activities for learning more about school leadership and how to sustain a culture of continuous improvement, a NorCal ELC coordinator to advise the team, access to additional tools for change, and opportunities to network with regional colleagues through Communities of Practice. Team Leads will participate in leadership coach training; all participants will attend professional learning activities, a 2-day winter institute, and a 2-day summer institute. Team Level participants will earn an annual stipend. For more information, please review all of the links and forms below.
