Estrella

Senior Orientation Leader

Year - Senior

Major - Latin American Studies

W-Wildcat Moment: My proudest Wildcat moment is applying to become an Orientation Leader and also being granted the opportunity to work as one during the summer. Not only did I grow so much as a person, but I also got to help other students and make numerous connections.

I-Involvement: Throughout my time at Chico State,I have been a part of the pre-vet club, COCO, NUFPSummer Orientation, Suenos de las Estrellas Folklorico Club, and the ALFPA Club.

L-Live: My hometown is Soledad, CA a small town an hour south from Monterey and neighbors with Pinnacles National Park.

D-Degree: I am currently pursuing my BA in Latin American Studies with a minor in Business Administration.

C-Chico: I chose Chico because I had the opportunity to visit the campus before thinking on applying to Chico and I felt such a welcoming vibe. I was able to picture myself on the campus. I also thought it was a beautiful campus with the creek running through the middle.

A-Aspirations: I aspire to work at a college campus in a program similar to Summer Orientation where I am able to assist students. In the long run, I do hope to either work for a nonprofit or create a nonprofit that focuses on providing resources to individuals in Latin America.

T-Tell: Some people call me Twinkle from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, so if it is easier for you or would prefer to call me Twinkle feel free!
