New Student Orientation & Transition Programs

Logan

Senior Orientation Leader

Year - Senior

Major - Agriculture

W-Wildcat Moment: My proudest moment as a Chico State Wildcat was when I was selected to be a student highlight for Graduation Initiative 2025 being one of the three students from all 23 campuses.

I-Involvement: I have been involved with many clubs and programs on campus. These included First-Year Leadership Opportunities, Event Funding Allocation Council, Legislative Affairs Committee, Chico State FFA Field Day Leadership Team, CSC^2 Stem COA, Associated Students Engagement Coordinator, Commissioner of Diversity Affairs, Chico State FFA Field Day Co-Chair, Summer Orientation Leader, AGtivate Facilitator Coordinator, Office of Admissions Campus Ambassadors, and Senior Staff for Orientation.

L-Live: I was born and raised in the state capital of Sacramento.

D-Degree: I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Science and Education.

C-Chico: I chose to attend Chico because it was close to home, but also far enough away for my own independence. Chico State also has one of the BEST Agricultural Science and Education Program in the state which helped me chose where I wanted to go.

A-Aspirations: My dreams are to work abroad for a year in Australia on an agricultural farm before returning and applying to become a flight attendant to soar my wings.

T-Tell: I am a person who usually does not like to share my stories and what I have been involved in as I do not like to belittle anyone with all the things I have done. However, I share my stories to empower others that there are many open doors in life. Even when we hit rock bottom and feel like we are at our wits end, keep a positive mindset and leave those doors open and you may never know what is awaiting at the other side.
