You will need to arrange your own accommodations as they are not included in your orientation fee. Here is a list of accommodation options:

The University Housing offers limited pre- and post- orientation session on-campus residence hall accommodations. On-campus lodging is $35.00 per person, per night, double occupancy, and includes linens. 

To make a reservation, fill out the Residence Hall Reservation Form (PDF) and return send it to UhSummercnf@csuchico.edu or mail to the address below 2 weeks before arrival:
