Subject: Revisions to the BA in Music
BA IN MUSIC
Upon the recommendation of the Faculty Senate and the Provost, I approve changes to the BA in Music, effective Fall 1993. Total units required for the major will increase from 48-60 to 53-70 units, incorporate cultural diversity material into the core courses, incorporate substantial music technology into the program, and consolidate some of the options.
