BS IN NUTRITION AND FOOD SCIENCE
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the Core, Option in Foodservice Administration and Option in General Dietetics within the BS in Nutrition and Food Science within the Department of Biological Sciences, College of Natural Sciences. The total number of units required for the major will be decrease from 66-67 units to 62-64 units. These changes are effective fall 2001.
