PROGRAMS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF ART AND ART HISTORY

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the programs listed below within the Department of Art and Art History, College of Humanities and Fire Arts effective fall 2009.

BA in Art

Course requirements for the major will not change the 60 units required for the major.

Art Education Option

Course requirement changes will not change the 48 units required for the option.

Art History Option

Course requirement changes will not change the 48 units required for the option.

Art Studio Option

Course requirement changes will not change the 48 units required for the option.

BFA in Art

Course requirements for the major will change from 66 units to 57-72 units required for the major.

Art Studio Option

Course requirements will change from 66 units to 69-72 units required for the major.

Interior Design Option

Course requirement changes will change from 66 units to 57 units for the option.

Minor in Art History

Course requirement changes will not change the 21 units required for the minor.
