Subject: Executive Memorandum 10-09, Approval to Change the Name of the BS in Manufacturing Technology to the BS in Sustainable Manufacturing; and, Approval of Minor Changes to the BS in Sustainable Manufacturing, effective Fall 2010.
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate, with the concurrence of the Provost, and the approval of the Chancellor's Office, I approve the change of the name of the BS in Manufacturing Technology to the BS in Sustainable Manufacturing, effective fall 2010.
Also upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the BS in Sustainable Manufacturing, effective fall 2010.
The degree will use the abbreviation SMFG, and will report using the CSU Code 09136; the assigned CIP code is 15.1599: "Engineering-Related Fields, Other."
