Subject: Approval of New BA in Natural Sciences
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the Provost, and with the approval of the Chancellor’s Office, I approve a new BA in Natural Sciences within the Department of Science Education, College of Natural Sciences, effective Fall 2011. The new major will require 45 units; the number of units required for the BA will be 120. The BA in Natural Sciences has been assigned reporting code 49021, and the assigned CIP code is 30.1801.
