Subject: Approval of Minor Change to the BA in Chemistry
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the BA in Chemistry. This change adds one unit to CHEM 361 for inclusion of additional material which is standard among first semester inorganic chemistry courses. This change increases the course requirements for the major from 58-64 to 59-64 units. The additional unit will be offset by reducing the elective units, retaining the 120 total unit course requirement for the degree. This change will be effective Fall 2012.
