Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the Minor in Sexual Diversity Studies
Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the Minor in Sexual Diversity Studies. This change reduces the number of units from 24 to 18. This is accomplished by reducing the Core by 6 units, the Breadth by 3 units and increasing the Capstone by 3 units. The number of required courses will reduce from 4 to 2. The number of courses selected in the Breadth section will reduce from 3 to 2. The Capstone section was comprised of an elective list the student chose 1 course from. This section now consists of 2 required courses. This change will be effective Fall 2013.
